The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, and the social enterprise mascot Bloomy the Tree at the event.

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, unveiled the new social enterprise (SE) mascot, Bloomy the Tree, at the opening ceremony of the Social Enterprise Summit 2022 on November 24, 2022. As an SE KOL (key opinion leader), Bloomy the Tree will strive to enhance public awareness of SEs by introducing and promoting them through a multi-pronged approach. The Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, Mr Clarence Leung, and the Director of Home Affairs, Mrs Alice Cheung, were also present at the opening ceremony. They expressed the hope that Bloomy the Tree could attract people of different ages to understand and support SEs.
